Work / Intake to assigned work
See business emails sooner.
I used to discover business emails days after they arrived—or miss them altogether. Now I get a notification in a place I already check.

Before: easy to miss, late to respond
My business email shared an inbox with personal messages and promotional mail. Finding the messages that mattered depended on me remembering to look.
Sometimes I saw them days later. Sometimes I missed them entirely. It was an unreliable way to keep up with people trying to reach my business.
The solution: bring the message to where I pay attention
I connected my business email to a private Discord channel. When an email arrives, a short notification tells me who it is from and what it is about.
The original email stays in my inbox. The notification gives me a reason to open it, rather than leaving me to discover it later.
Now: notice it, open it, follow up
I see business emails quickly in a place I already pay attention to. From there, I open the email, read it, and reply.
Before, a message could wait until my next inbox check. Now it is brought to my attention. That makes it easier to keep up with inquiries without changing how I handle email.
